Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Onepost for your use of Onepost. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Onepost lets you upload a video and post it to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts that you own or are allowed to manage. We post only when you tell us to, with the settings you choose.

Free and Pro

Each plan includes a number of One posts a month, shown on the plan when you choose it. A One post is one video sent to any number of your connected accounts; it counts in the calendar month you make it (or schedule it), and the count starts again on the 1st of each month. Retrying an account that failed doesn't count again, and cancelling a scheduled post gives its One post back. Each plan also includes a number of connected accounts on each platform. On Pro, once you've used all of a platform's accounts, you can buy extra accounts for that platform, up to the number shown, each as a one-time payment at the price shown when you buy it. An extra account can only be used on the platform you bought it for, counts only while you're on Pro, and comes back if you subscribe again. If you have more accounts connected on a platform than your plan includes (for example after Pro ends), they all stay connected, but you can only post to the ones you connected first, up to your plan's number, until you disconnect some or upgrade. The Free plan is free. Pro is an optional subscription that adds more One posts a month, more connected accounts, scheduling posts for later, and stats from all your connected accounts in one place. Scheduled posts go out at the time you pick, but can be delayed or not sent if the service or a platform is unavailable at that time; check your important posts went live. Pro is billed in advance each period through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time under Settings > Manage subscription; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Stats are read from the platforms and can be delayed, incomplete or different from what the platforms' own apps show. If we change the price, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use each platform you connect. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

The platforms' own rules

Each platform's terms apply to what you post there. By connecting an account you agree to:

Platforms set limits, such as how many posts an account can make each day, and can change or reject posts. We are not responsible for their decisions. Onepost is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to post it where you ask. You confirm you have the rights to everything in your videos, including music, and that your content follows the law and each platform's rules.

Things you must not do

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Onepost running, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Posts can fail or be delayed because of the platforms, your connection, or us. Always check your important posts went live.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Onepost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you post. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this also cancels Pro straight away. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about important changes before they apply.
